German Potato Salad

A classic German side dish made with tender potatoes, crispy bacon, and a tangy mustard dressing.

Steps

1. Boil the potatoes until tender. Once cooked, peel and slice them. 2. In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and crumble it. 3. In the same skillet, sauté the chopped onion until it becomes translucent. 4. In a small bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. 5. In a large bowl, combine the sliced potatoes, crumbled bacon, sautéed onion, and mustard dressing. Toss gently to coat. 6. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
