1. Rinse the mussels and remove any beards. 2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. 3. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. 4. Cook until the mussels are cooked through, about 3 minutes more. 7. Serve hot.
