Steps

1. Boil the potato until tender, then mash it in a bowl. 2. Finely chop the onion and add it to the mashed potato. 3. Rinse the bulgur wheat and drain well before mixing it with the potato and onion. 4. Season the mixture with cumin, paprika, cinnamon, salt, and pepper, combining everything thoroughly. 5. Shape the mixture into small balls. 6. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the potato kibbeh balls until golden brown and crispy. 7. Drain on paper towels before serving.
